Skank & Groove, a new reissue label coming to serve you some of the most crucial Reggae gems. The first batch includes three high quality 7inch records covered in beautiful artwork. Starting with "I am the Upsetter", the one recording that gave Lee Perry his nickname and King Stitt's "Fire Corner" on the flip side. On "Fire Corner" with the iconic intro King Stitt proves why he was one of the top DJs at that time. The second single features the epic "Conquering Ruler" by Derrick Morgan. A soundkilling anthem, later adopted by Cornell Campbell, that ruled the dancehall and can be heard on soundclashes up to this date. On the flip we have "Red Bum Ball" a lovers tune by the duo consisting of Lloyd "Cuss Cuss" Robinson & Devon Russell. The third single covers "Clean Race" by Scotty, who with his unique toasting style perfectly rides this funky instrumental produced by Derrick Harriott.
